Attorney Ralph R. Rhoades has been practicing law for more than 40 years. He was awarded the prestigious Super Lawyers® designation in 2013 – 2014, 2016 – 2020. Ralph believes in working closely with his clients, and aggressively protecting their interests in a professional and cost-effective manner.

Ralph’s extensive experience includes successful trials and arbitrations in construction, products liability, insurance, toxic tort and personal injury claims. He currently focuses on all phases of trial and appellate civil practice with a special emphasis on construction, insurance and products liability. In the insurance arena, Ralph counsels and represents insurance agents and brokers in disputes arising out of errors and omissions and insurance coverage issues.

As a construction attorney, Ralph counsels and represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in claims and litigation arising out of the design and construction of buildings and structures and construction site injuries. Ralph has handled a myriad of construction issues, including: general engineering and soils, weatherproofing, roofing and curtain wall systems and life safety and electrical claims. He has defended and prosecuted claims involving transportation facilities, residential structures, tunnels, pipelines and high-rise buildings.
